I wanted to first share with you what a pleasure it was speaking with you directly to place my order. You made the ordering process flawless and made me feel secure in that my order was going to be nothing less than perfect. You went the extra mile in making sure that the plates would arrive in time for my anniversary when you certainly didn’t have to accommodate my last minute findings and the flaw with your website. Secondly, sending them at an expedited speed and seeing that they got to me so timely will always be a treasured gesture. They arrived yesterday and I can’t wait to present them. They are perfect.

The plates are fantastic and the customer service is the same. I confirm that I received the plate for my motorcyle. Many thanks to you and the team at Platemeister for the excellent quality of workmanship.You were correct about warning of issues with the postal service in the UK : The UK Post Office here advised me they had sent notification of the item arriving (along with a 'collection code' ) to someone else's address!!!!!. Thankfully the USPS email link 'Endicia' (sent by your colleague Jerome) enabled me to keep close tabs on the delivery stages and to bypass the error made by the UK Post office...
